Eid Day Orders Policy Changes


Orders placed before 7AM on Eid Day will processed for delivery on Eid Day between 9AM - 3PM.


Order


On confirmation of an order, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be processed for preparation, ready to be delivered to you for your selected date and time (as selected on products page).


Delivery


All orders will be processed for delivery unless cancelled per our cancellation policy (please see below).


You will receive a text or call before delivery is made and we usually would give a time-frame between which times we are looking to delivery your order.


Our delivery will be made by a member of our team. If there are any factors which may affect delivery times, we will be in contact with you to let you know via text or call. If we have not got in contact with you for some reason, please stay calm and be certain your doughnuts will not be eaten, though do contact us for an update on your order.

Returns


As we are operating sales for freshly baked goods, we unfortunately are not able to accept returns of orders nor refunds. We do make exceptions, if there is any issues with the order however, we would be delighted to hear from you as soon as possible.


Cancellations


All cancellations must be made by 9AM Eid Day via email. Any cancellation requests sent beyond 9AM Eid Day, unfortunately, will not be possible to process.


If there are any incorrect information on your order, please email us as soon as so we can rectify this. Our team will be in contact with you to solve the matter, though, if we are unable to get through to you which may occur in the most rarest cases.
